This paper mainly introduces the dynamic complement structure and related problems, the dynamic semantic collocation complement structure of verb and complement is complex, so that the second language learners in the learning and application of this structure will appear some errors or bias. Based on the questionnaire survey of the second grade students in Electronics and the first grade students in Commercial Computer of Roi Et Technical College, Thailand, summarize the verb complement structure bias of Thailand students, are omitted, misuse, dislocation, avoidance and confuse these five types. According to the students’ bias of Thailand, I summarize the causes of bias, mainly negative transfer of mother tongue, overgeneralization, the second language learners’ negative communicative strategies and learning strategies, related teaching factors, cultural factors and psychological cognitive factors. And I also put forward some teaching countermeasures and suggestions, such as the assessment of the severity of the bias of students, improving teaching interest and understanding students’ language and culture.
