In recent years, Children of migrant workers have obtained the social widespread attention from all walks of life. The related media reports and academic research have just focused on migrant children education problem of the research, social support network research, social integration related research. However, the academic world is short of in-depth research and discussion on Resilience of migrant children.This study adopts a qualitative research method, with the 5 migrant schools as the background of Beijing, one of the migrant school as a case, 12 students as the object of in-depth interviews, 2 teacher interviews as supplement. To do in-deep analysis the basic resilience situation of migrant children into the city, to do dig their city into the active force in the process of protective factors and risk factors, to presents the force of the realistic approach of migrant children, to do conclusion the resilience strategy of the migrant children, which would help the migrant children cope with life difficulties and enjoy their own life.As a result, The resilience formation process of migrant children into the city is full of competing in risk factors(awkward family relationships, monotonous daily life, Frustration of campus life)and protective of individual(Self, family and school).And resilience in the form of the sense of Identity, Belongingness, Competence, Optimism. The author analyzed the risk and protective of resilience of factors in the migrant children into the city, researched the formation process of resilience practical way, to do find the resilience development of the migrant children is a dynamic adjustment process containing of self-cognitive restructuring, resource integration using, behavioral adjustment and reinforcement. It is also a spiral development process of multilateral participation, self-cognitive restructuring, behavioral adjustment.
