At present, the film and TV industry is developing at a high speed, and large and small starsand actors have been arising at the historic moment. But unfortunately too pursuit of speed andthe number will inevitably lead to the lack of quality. The number of real excellent actors arevery rare. The entertainment business has generally presented a high-carbon trend of "falsity,vulgarization, commercialization". If the audiences watch this kind of performance for a longtime, it will has an adverse impact on their aesthetic levels, physical and mental health. Thisarticle will use three research methods: empirical research, theoretical research and comparativeresearch, and expound the existing maladies and chaos in performing arts combined with thecurrent popular films and televisions, make a detail and specific analysis of its causes, use the"low-carbon aesthetics" as its theoretical basis, use the classic movies of Chinese and foreign asthe research materials to study and discuss the aesthetic mechanism of low-carbon performingarts, and work out its acting strategies.The present mainstream trend of film and television performing arts is high-carbonembodied in falsity, vulgarization and commercialization. The falsity of performing arts can bedivided into two types: the falsity of content and the falsity of acting. The falsity of contentmeans the false feeling of audiences which is caused by the plot acted by actors which does notconform to the common sense and cognition of life. The falsity of acting means the false feelingof audiences which is caused by the actors whose act doesn’t conform to the principle of artistictruth. Vulgarization of film and television performances embodied in low-quality point stunt,humble lines and erotic performance. Commercialization of film and television performancesrefers to the actors’ spurn of artistic integrity and money-mad trend. The causes of the trend ofhigh-carbon performance are listed as follows: First, the existing performance concept is too oldand single; Second, most of the actors’ capability of performance is weak; Third, the commercialdrives. High-carbon performance mainly triggers the audiences’ immersing feelings, injures thephysical and mental health of audiences, and cause the waste of time, money and resources.Therefore, establishing the mechanism of low-carbon performing arts has its great practicalsignificance.The effects of low-carbon performance is triggering audiences’ mold-type free emotion to make the audiences gain the purification of the mind and the inspiration of the thoughts. Thenoumenal characteristics of the low-carbon performance is artistic real, and it can be divided intofour types: intuitionistic-real performance, surreal-real performance, subjective-real performanceand objective-real performances. Among them, objective-real performance is a necessary andsufficient condition of the low-carbon performance, the objective-real performance mainly relyon two ways to get: the path of intuitionistic-real performance and surreal-real performance, thepath of subjective-real performance.Low-carbon performance strategies can divided into character design, performance skills,depth and width of the performance, the relationship between actors and directors, starsperformance. When making characters designing we should pay attention to the following points,in the situation of different characters designing in the same story: First, characters design shouldhave rationality; Second, characters should have both of richness and balance; Third, theintroduce of the character should be detailed slightly proper. In the situation of typical characterdesigning in the story we should pay attention to the following: First, the typical character shouldhave rationality; Second, the typical character should unify multiplicity, dominance andself-contradiction. Third, typical character should be the united combination of typicality andfuzziness. Actors should notice the performing skills, specifically in the expression in one’s eyes,actions, actor’s lines and dialogues, in order to make the expressions, behaviors, tones consistentwith the characters and plots. If we classify the performance of excellent actors, the performancecan be divided into the depth performance and width performance. The so-called depth ofperformance is the similar degree of the actor’s performance. The width of the performancerefers to the wide range of the types of characters that one actor can master on the basis of theauthenticity and verisimilitude. Low-carbon performance requirements actors guarantee thedepth performance and pursue the width performance. However, if actors want to achievelow-carbon performance, they not only need to improve their performance skills, but also need toadjust the relationships between the writers,director and themselves. In order to ensure that thewriters and directors should respect and promote the low-carbon performance, so that actors cangive full play to their own subjectivity, creativity and openness. Low-carbon strategies of starsperformances are as follows: First, stars should choose the characters as far as possible consistentwith their own appearance, age, temperament; Second, don’t replace the role type casually; Third, when star actors do the roles selection, they should choose the roles which are in the same typebut different figures; Fourth, the star actors should change the type of roles timely along with theincreasing of their age and experience; Fifth, the gifted actors should try to broaden their range.To sum up, low-carbon performance should abide by the principle of low-carbon aesthetics,try to achieve perfection in terms of characters designing and performance skills. Meanwhile,actors should take efforts to improve their depth and width of performance, and strive to achievethe actor’s own initiative and creativity to realize the intuitionistic-real performance, surreal-realperformance and subjective-real performance, and then rose to the deeper level of objective-realperformance. Then create the three-dimensional, plump, true, lifelike characters, so that theaesthetic subjects can gain the great aesthetic pleasure and rational content, produce a kind ofmold-type free emotion, and then get the enlightenment of ideology, edification of sentiment,purification of mind and cleanliness of soul in performing works.
