Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region located in northwest China, Borders with eight countries. Location is very important. In recent years, with rapid economic development, China and the world’s political, economic, educational and other exchanges have become closer. Training Mode of students major in Chinese early is short-term language study, and now has gradually developed into on the basis of language learning and academic education and professional education. Before,Xinjiang university-based language students, with the educational levels rising, the Chinese government accepted a scholarship graduate Master is also increasing,professional training of foreign graduate students are constantly advancing in the exploration and achievement is big, but there are still a variety of problems. To solve these problems, we should continue to explore further, contribute to the progress of Chinese Government Scholarship in Xinjiang Higher postgraduate training, to enhance the level of education and awareness in Xinjiang universities.This paper is divided into four parts: First preface describes the background and reason, purpose and significance of research, research synthesis and research design,Second part of the investigation focuses on survey implementation process and results of student’s country of origin, gender, specialty, language level, learning motivation as well as students and teachers ’ evaluation of teaching in Chinese, Third part is analysis of factors By students, teachers, teaching materials three factor analysis of factors influencing the effect of teaching students; The fourth part puts on some suggestions on Chinese Government scholarships for postgraduate teaching in universities in Xinjiang, In this paper, the methods of literature, questionnaire,interview, On Chinese government scholarships for students of the two universities On the present situation Investigation and Research, more detailed summary of the two schools teaching status and experience, To provide help for more detailed investigation in the future, we can also provide reference for the teaching improvement, thereby improving the quality of teaching.
