Investigation And Analysis Of Chinese Volunteers' Teaching In Thai

With the rapid development of economy,Chinese government pays more attention to spread and develop Chinese culture at home and abroad.As the carrier of cultural soft power,Chinese has gradually become one of the most popular languages in the world,which makes it known as “Chinese fever”.There are a great number of fans of Chinese both in domestic and in foreign countries.Meanwhile,the demand for Chinese teachers has increased dramatically.To our surprise,there is also a Chinese learning climax in Thailand – one of the Chinese friendly counties.Thailand has become an important base for China's foreign language communication because of Chinese educational development.A large number of Chinese teachers throw themselves into Chinese education in Thailand every year.Although the constitution of these Chinese teachers is a little bit complex,most of them are strictly selected and trained by the NOCFL.Thus,they are assessed and appointed to certain country with professional basis and excellent teaching ability.This essay aims to make an investigation on the teaching situation for a small part of Chinese volunteer teachers to Thailand,delivering an analysis on the causes of some teaching problems and psychological changes,so that we can combine the results with training procedures and content of the NOCFL and then put on some useful suggestions for future training.The purpose of this paper is to investigate 90 volunteers in Thailand in 2017 by means of questionnaires and interviews in order to understand the situation of Chinese teaching in their schools,and to analyze the importance and teaching objectives of Chinese,Chinese level and behaviors of the teaching objects in class in schools.Besides,this essay tries to get the basic information of volunteers,know more about their changes in psychological state after work as to figure out the measures to deal with the behaviors in Class as well as suggestions from volunteers on training.
