In recent years, with the booming development of the real estate industry,the status of the real estate industry is more and more important in the national economy in our country, a good real estate logo is the vivid spokesperson of the company, not only can show the company’s content, but also reflect the cultural connotation of the company,usually infectivity, and it can work with the consumer’s psychological resonance,stimulate the purchase desire, and make the positive effect to the real estate sales.In this paper, at first the current situation of the real estate industry in our country and the present situation of the logo design in the industry are understanded, the background as a starting point, from phenomenon to essence of logic, the real estate developers are analysied, consumers focus on corporate logo and property logo culture demands,combined with the actual case, summed up the real estate class logo design should follow the basic principles of recognition principles for the be clear at a glance, instant expresses,concision, outstanding, unique and chic modelling, developing tradition. In the study of the theory to guide practice method of clear water, blue sky hotel logo design, further verify the rationality of the design principles of real estate and directive significance.
