With the rapid development of China’s economy and the rising power of China’s science and technology education, the students who access to China’s various departments to learn professional knowledge are increasing, even more than that in language study. The more important point is the major of economic and trade students accounted for a large proportion. Besides that, the universities of China set up specifically for foreign students of Chinese language and bachelor’s degree in education, the training objectives of most education also set the direction of Chinese economic and trade, so as to adapt to the needs of the rapid development of the Chinese and foreign economic and trade exchanges. Therefore, The importance of business teaching materials has become increasingly prominent, the business Chinese teaching materials compilation and development is imminent. Considering the range of materials used and periodic problem, this paper studies on Chinese For Economics and Trade intermediate tutorial, Experiencing Chinese(Business Communication in China) English version, New Silk Road business Chinese intermediate comprehensive tutorialⅠ&Ⅱ. These four books as business Chinese teaching materials for foreign students to compared on this paper. Through the comparison, we hope it will carry forward advantages and abandon shortcomings, promote a faster development of business Chinese teaching materials, and for the future of business Chinese textbooks written to provide some things can be used for reference.Initially the research content of this article has three chapters, they are arranged as following: the first chapter is the introduction part that mainly introduces the paper’s research purpose, research object, research status, the main research contents and methods and so on; and is also about business Chinese general cognitive situation, mainly including background and its characteristics of business Chinese, the purpose of business Chinese teaching, an overview of business Chinese teaching materials, etc. The second chapter is concerned that three types of intermediate comprehensive business Chinese materials were analyzed, mainly including comparative analysis of writing plan, the text, grammar, vocabulary and exercises, cultural, And analysis of the advantages and disadvantages in the six part of the arrangement of each of the three sets of textbooks. The third chapter is on the basis of previous analysis putting forward business Chinese teaching materials writing development strategy. Such as writing scheme arrangement should be targeted; the text layout should pay attention to the characteristics of timeliness, authenticity & specialty; grammatical arrangement to standardization, specialization, and construction related to the development of corpus; vocabulary arrangement should be combined with professional features of business Chinese, and developed specialized vocabulary syllabus; practice of the arrangement should be practical in nature, and in accordance with combined with professional features of writing and development; cultural content arrangement should be combined with professional features of business Chinese, settled in practicability etc.
