Land law system is a core factor effect the development and process of society.It is important to learn the ideology and history through studying its land law system, all rulers of dynasties see it very important. The land law system in our nation included: the “nine squares” system of land ownership in China’s slave society but their later dynasties are kinds of the “nine squares” system of land ownership, Non-establishment, system of land equalization, began the Northern Dynasty from to its top in Tang Dynasty, and tenant farming in Song Dynasty, the most developed system in feudal society. But Jurchens as a minority, at the last phase of primitive society and initial stage of slave society, before became a country, so there were family-owner and slave owner, land relationships, it is very complex. Jurchens, after built its country, overthrew Liao Dynasty and conquer Song Dynasty, occupied the North China, and brought its land law system to the occupied places. In order to rule smoothly, the Jurchen Governors remained the former Land law system of Liao and Song Dynasties. Thus, in the region of its ruling, there were many nations and many economical structures and land law systems. The Jurchen was in the many land law systems like in the sea, from the top to the bottom, quickly or slowly, they were changed with its inner land law system. The feature is highly nationalization, but the common people just got the ownership of land by some ways. So it is said that the land law institution is a trending development with itself national features, with slavery-feudal but trend to feudal quickly developing system. It has positive and negative aspects; it had some reference to country land collection and rural land approval at the present time in our country.
