With the improvement of China’s economic and social status,and the spread of Chinese in around the world, more and more foreigners choose to learn Chinese in the country or go to China.Undoubtedly the ultimate goal of learning a language is to use this language to exchange with people at his option.An important channel for training foreign students Chinese communicative competence is the effective oral Chinese classroom, therefore, to achieve the effective classroom.the targeted instructional design is particularly important. The author is honored to be appointed by the school in August 2014, to the department of Chinese language in Universitas Bimda Mulia in Jakarta of Indonesia (UBM) for teaching internships, responsible for Advanced Oral Chinese lessons. The main contents of the thesis are based on previous relevant education and teaching philosophy in conjunction with the author’s teaching practice,designing oral Chinese courses for senior instructional. The text used is " Beverage Consumption which Returned to Nature", selected from "Oral Chinese Course" (Third grade textbook) published by Beijing Language and Culture University Press, compiled by Yingwen Guo, Fu Yao, Chen Xiang. The text taking Chinese traditional drink-tea as the theme, introduces readers to the charm of tea culture. The design is carried out on the basis of classroom students reaction, interaction between teachers and students,students reflection after class and other aspects.In order to achieve the aim to guiding the following classroom and helping students to learn Chinese effectively through the design.The instructional design is divided into five parts: first,the thesis proposes the research background and subject reason, and summarizes the previous academic research in oral Chinese teaching. The second section describes the advantages of Scaffolding Instruction in oral Chinese teaching, and how to implement specific teaching process. The third part is the analysis of teaching object, utilize materials and teaching methods which the author practiced, a concrete analysis of concrete problems should be made.The fourth part, combined with the practical application and the Scaffolding Instruction, makes a specific instructional design on the lesson"Beverage Consumption which Returned to Nature". Finally, the thesis sums up the common problems and appropriate solutions on the basis of the one-year oral teaching practice.
