With China’s economic development and the establishment of strategic partnership between Uzbekistan, more and more people on the Chinese Uzbekistan organizations showed more concern. Uzbekistan and China relations are becoming increasingly close. Founded in 2005 in the capital of Uzbekistan, the first Confucius Institute- Tashkent Confucius Institute College, the cumulative teaches more than 3,000 students. Many organizations go to China for training teachers in Uzbekistan. The creation of relevant Chinese language teaches method courses in the country, as Uzbekistan has trained many outstanding local teachers to develop the Chinese version of the compiler, the Uzbek "New Practical Chinese Reader"(2012). It is responsible for organizing the whole Uzbek Sinology seminars, and the career development for the Chinese Uzbekistan, which has made many contributions. However, the college is in the process of being developed, and there are still some shortcomings.Based on Uzbekistan Confucius Institute Chinese language teaching activities(mainly Confucius Institute curriculum, teaching mode, teachers, textbooks, exams, etc.) Research and cultural promotion summarizes the successful experience of the Confucius Institute in Uzbekistan. It raises the difficulties and problems encountered in the development of the Confucius Institute, e.g. the use of observation, analysis, surveys and other research methods, the issues raised by the detailed scientific analysis, and finally, the development of the Confucius Institute to mention some specific comments and suggestions for the rapid and healthy development of the Confucius Institute.The first part of the article, a comprehensive exposition of the development of the Confucius Institute at the Uzbekistan status quo, successfully sums up four points: First, the active reserve personnel training, combined with multi-power, that new teachers should do a good job at internship training.Second, the release constraint, using various teaching modes, the pursuit of the professional teaching.Third, in the curriculum, with special attention to the overall class skills class apart, both build capacity and knowledge. Fourth, do a good job of cultural promotion.The second part is to discuss the current difficulties and problems encountered by the Confucius Institute at the Uzbekistan, and outdated teaching materials. Practicality is not strong. The lack of local cultural characteristics and no Uzbek language textbook. Inexperienced teachers, local teachers needs to be improved in Uzbekistan.The third part, for the above difficulties and problems give their suggestions: add more types of courses according to learners’ needs and adjust teaching methods and content; to provide students with a richer and more learning materials, as well as strong local culture teachers. Promotion of culture is recommended to think in cultural integration issues. Cultural activities are more welcomed by the public, and the use of existing strengths to expand the influence of the Confucius Institutes.
