During the contemporary era, the public space as the place where people activities, the most important characteristic is “publicity”. It contains social property, material property, and historical property.It also contains the mutual balance between individuals and the public space. To create art works in public space, we must do in-depth problem research for the public space. The group experience of corresponding public population is what we must face; since the artist is an independent individual, they has unique artistic personality and life experience, so the relationship between the group of individual experience and public experience of the artist is an important topic that we must ponder.
