In 1971, Reiss put forward “to achieve the purpose of the translation behavior” as a new mode of translation evaluation. Skopos theory focuses on translation as an activity with an aim or purpose, and on the intended addressee or audience of the translation. To translate means to produce a target text in a target setting for a target purpose and target addressees in target circumstances. In skopos theory, the status of the source text is lower than it is in equivalencebased theories of translation. Based on the characteristics of this book, in the specific translation process, the translator uses all possible translation skills, such as change the abstract to concrete, literal translation and free translation, in the same time, the translator tries the best to deal with the translation of culture-loaded word. Finally, the translator sums up some translation experience combing the translation experience.
