A Translation Report On The Commercial Contract Of The Loan Agreement

With the rapid development of economic globalization, business English translation has become more and more important in international economy and trade and become a new field of translation studies. However, most of the domestic business translation inclines to the business correspondence translation, advertising translation and other fields, the professional translation studies for the loan agreement are few. I translated the first excerpt from the loan agreement of Anhui Huainan intelligent transportation project. Compared with the previous translation reports, the innovation of this report is the topic I choose. I did not continue to choose the traditional business correspondence, advertising, but a practical project loan agreement to analyze translation features and translation strategies of such agreement.The agreement belongs to special purpose English, which is objective and formal. From the perspective of functional equivalence, this report tries to show the special features of agreement translation strategies.
