Study On Protection And Development Of Qingdao Historic Blocks From The Angel Of Cutural Genes

With the development of economic, the improvement of modernization level and the booming of industry and tertian industry, labor transfer from rural areas to cities, the process of urbanization is speeding up increasingly. In the process of urbanization, the development of economic and increasing number of people bring heavy pressure to scarce land resources, the protection of historic blocks has a contradiction with the development of city. Historic blocks are epitomes of city historic culture and scarce non-renewable resources, they has great value of historic culture. The Key to the realization of culture inheritance and development, to the solution of contradiction between historic blocks development and speedy urbanization, is how to protect and develop historic blocks reasonably and scientifically in the context of global urbanization.The inheritance and development of culture has become the priority of protection and development of the historic blocks in the context of global urbanization. The development process of historic culture is similar to the genetic process of living beings. As a replicator, cultural genes is copied and passed in the process of historic culture spread, it determines the next process step of historic culture. This research starts with case study, aiming at broadening the angle meanwhile deepening the depth of the study of historic blocks protection and development.As a witness of the fusion of Chinese and western culture, Qingdao is a representative city. This thesis takes analytical investigation, survey research, comparative study and comparative study as research methods, deeply analysis the cultural genes in Qingdao historic blocks. By abstracting dominant cultural genes and recessive cultural genes from Qingdao historic blocks, it obtains the most core, fundamental and representative cultural genes.
