"Micro-skills" are the core elements of language skills, Communicative competence is the core of language abilities,Language proficiency of listening, speaking, reading and writing are four component is also called the macro-skills. Micro-skills are composed of micro-skills. Because of the language learning process starts copying, and follow of listening prior to speaking. Language teaching is very important, training students’ micro skills effectively, not only can stimulate students’ interest in learning of listening and speaking course, improve the efficiency of classroom teaching; but also can cultivate the students’ Chinese language sense very well, improve the students’ listening comprehension ability and communication skills. Although nowday have many teaching methods in listening and speaking class of TCFL, but it still need to continue to study and discussion. So it’s necessary that used micro-skills of research in teaching listening and speaking class in primary teaching of TFCL.This article mainly discusses the micro-skills used in our classes by adopting the literature research method, investigation and analysis method and other research methods. Firstly, we address the essence of micro-skills and the studying results about the micro-skills in china and other countries. Besides, I distinguish the teaching methods and micro-skills.Secondly, targeting to the features of listening and speaking class, this paper discussed the teaching objective, tasks and the teaching mode in general. In addition, it addresses the concept and content of these two skills.Thirdly, we do the questionnaire with students in initial stage about the passion in learning Chinese in Chinese listening and speaking and the time arrangement in class that student expect in Kyrgyzstan Confucius Institute. At the same time, I do some interview with Chinese teachers to know training micro-skills in class, which provides the article the accurate statistical data.Finally, according to the survey o students think that the difficulties of listening and speaking class and the part that students hope to sped more time. Aimed at the characteristics of listening and speaking class discussed the micro-skills, and increase the teaching effect of feedback. The hope can give training students’ micro skills in teaching Chinese as a foreign language provide certain help for reference.
