The Competition Of Cultural Industry In Xinjiang

With the arrival of the knowledge economy times, cultural industry focus on the knowledge, science and creativity developed rapidly. As a sunrise industry with the added value, good prospect of development, the contribution to the economic development has emerged day by day. From the scope of the scope of the world to see,the cultural industry has an important position in national economy of many countries,as one of the pillar industries in national economy.Cultural industry started lately in our country, the level of the development is still lower, but it has a good trend of development at present, contains a huge potential of development. The cultural industry in Xinjiang is located in the northwest of our country, has a lot of cultural resources, national characteristics are rich, natural landscape is unique, historic culture is colorful, these advantageous resources are solid foundation for the development of cultural industry in Xinjiang. Xinjiang should use these advantageous resources to promote the development of cultural industry vigorously, to promote the development of cultural industry to a strategic level,cultivating the soft power of Xinjiang by promoting competitiveness of cultural industry,enhancing the level of economic and social development, do our best to promote the cultural industry to become one of the pillar industry to become one of the pillar industry of national economy.In this paper, on the basis of consulting relevant literature and data, from the characteristics of cultural industries, the connotation of the industrial competitiveness,the essence of the competitiveness of cultural industry, I summarized the current situation of the development of cultural industry in Xinjiang, expounded the basic situation of six major related industry respectively. Then I established the competitive evaluation system of cultural industry in Xinjiang, used entropy value method to determine the weight, used the method of comprehensive evaluation to analysis the competitiveness of the cultural industry in Xinjiang. Through evaluating thecompetitiveness of cultural industry from 2003 to 2013 by longitudinal, we can get the conclusion that the cultural industry in Xinjiang presented the state of almost rising,some years shocked. Through evaluating the competitiveness of cultural industry in 31 provinces, we can get the conclusion that the development of cultural industry in Xinjiang is behind the level, equals to the level of economic development. Through the above analysis, we found the problems which interfered the development of cultural industry in Xinjiang and found out the factors affects the development of cultural industry in Xinjiang. Finally, I put forward the policy recommendations to elevate the competitiveness of the cultural industry in Xinjiang, promote the development of cultural industry to the health, sustain, order and stable.
