Our country is the birthplace of tea and country of origin. Since ancient times in the very long period of time tea is one of the most commodities of export. The 90 s, the industrial structure of the national economy of our country has a larger adjustment, the tea export decline, tea industry in the national economy in our country is no longer the dominant, have even become no longer important. On the contrary, with the rapid development of social economy, the cultural industry has made rapid progress, and be paid more and more attention to by the countries and regions. Our country is not exceptional also, for example, Beijing, Shanghai, guangdong, yunnan region have develop cultural industry as a pillar industry. In this background, the development of tea culture industry also started the road, for the development of China’s tea industry provides a new way of thinking.Guangdong province is located in the southern coastal in China mainland, level of economic development and cultural industry development in our country is in the lead, residents’ income and cultural consumption demand is high. Guangdong is also one of China’s tea-producing province, are the major areas of oolong tea, and tea consumption big province in China. The entire province tea consumption per capita ranked first in the country. Residents of the recognition, acceptance and demand for tea is very high. This paper takes guangdong province tea industry competitiveness as the research object. To promote the tea industry of Guangdong province continuously improve and rapid development, it is necessary to have a comprehensive, correct and clear understanding to Guangdong tea culture industry competitiveness. Then take feasibility and targeted measures, effectively enhance the competitiveness of tea culture industry in guangdong province.Based on the research object and the characteristics of the research, this paper based on the theory of porter’s "diamond model" and the present situation of tea culture and tea culture industry in Guangdong province, set a tea culture industrial competitiveness evaluation model including five elements: "the production elements, demand conditions, related industries, enterprise development strategy and the government behavior" and a total of 28 indicators. Using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, calculating tea culture industry competitiveness of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results of Guangdong, Zhejiang, Fujian, Yunnan respectively are B广东=(0.5220508,0.4156112,0.062438)、 B浙江=(0.615432,0.1330248,0.255532)、B福建=(0.4652144,0.5197456,0.01514)、B云南=(0.226516,0.479419,0.294165).According to the maximum membership degree principle, four provinces of tea culture industry competitiveness respectively are strong, strong, general and general, and the competitiveness of the four provinces from strong to weak is Zhejiang, Guangdong, Fujian, Yunnan province, respectively.According to the results, in this paper, the tea culture industry competitiveness of Guangdong province is evaluated, and the evaluation results was compared with Zhejiang, Fujian, Yunnan province. This paper also analyzed the problem of tea culture industry of Guangdong province and competitive advantages and disadvantages, to targeted suggestions for resolving these problems.
