Regional Development Differences And Influencing Factors Of Cultural Creative Industry In Zhejiang Province

Cultural creative industry is the product of new economy and the important industry to promote the transformation of the patterns of economic development and the promotion of city innovation ability. In the recent ten years, the culture creative industry of Zhejiang is developing rapidly, becoming the focus to the academic circles and the local government. The research of Zhejiang province can not only improve the research in the perspective of economic geography on regional development differences and influencing factors of cultural creative industry but also guide the planning and development of cultural creative industries in Zhejiang,which plays a vital role in optimizing the industrial structure of Zhejiang, enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness and improving its status in the national economic development.Based on the combing of basic theory of cultural creative industry and the related research, the paper builds influence factors index system for cultural creative industry development.And then, based on the economic census data of Zhejiang in 2004 and 2008 and the 11 cities in Zhejiang as basic research units, the paper analyzes the difference of supporting conditions and forms of cultural creative industry by the methods of induction, comparison analysis and GeoDA,SPSS and ArcGIS software; analyzes the spatial difference of cultural creative industry by the method of diagram of spatial distribution, spatial autocorrelation, the gini coefficient and location entropy; analyzes the influencing factors of regional development differences by the method of principal component analysis and regression analysis. Get the following conclusions:The support conditions of cultural creative industry in Zhejiang are good and the conditions in different cities are unique; The level of industry development has big difference between regions and the development is uneven. The industry strength of Hangzhou is most abundant, Huzhou, Lishui, Quzhou and Zhoushan is relatively backward; The number of cultural creative industry workers is on the rise in the provincial and 11 cities, in which Jinhua, Shaoxing, Quzhou growing fast;In the perspective of industrial structure, culture creative industry of Zhejiang can be divided into six categories and the eight key industries.The global Morans’ I index of 2004 and 2008 and the gini coefficient are less than 0.2, which suggests that the development of cultural and creative industry in Zhejiang has the character: the spatial distribution of scattered; The diagram of spatial distribution suggests that cultural and creative industry of Zhejiang mainly distributed on the east and central region. Hangzhou, Ningbo, Jinhua and Taizhou are the four big highlands of cultural and creative industry in Zhejiang. Huzhou, Lishui, Quzhou and Zhoushan are the four major troughs;In the Regional scale, Hangzhou, Jinhua, Lishui and Taizhou have high specialization degree of cultural and creative industry and spatial agglomeration. The specialization degree of Zhoushan and Quzhou is close to the national level and the agglomeration trend. The specialization degree and agglomeration trend of Ningbo, Wenzhou, Jiaxing, Hangzhou, Shaoxing are need to be improved. Besides, the trying of using a variety of methods to measure the spatial distribution of an industry has its feasibility.The influence factors of the whole and the key industries of cultural creative industry regard talents, the government and science and technology as the main ones. In the whole industry perspective, according to the influence degree to cultural creative industries, the factors’ sort from big to small is: personnel factors, government factors, science and technology, infrastructure, market demand factors, economic factors, the ecological environment factors and tolerance.
