Research On The Cultural Industry Gathering Spatiotemporal Difference And Influencing Factors In Fujian Province

With the rapid development of social economy, economy and culture is gradually blend, cultural competitiveness increasingly become an important factor in regional competitiveness. In this background, the cultural industry obtains more and more attention from all sectors. Spatial agglomeration of cultural industry as an important carrier and relying on its development, for sustainable development of cultural industry and cultural competitiveness of region are of great significance. As the core region of Haixi Economy Zone, Fujian province although with some of own unique advantages achieved sustainable and rapid development of cultural industry in recent years, but the problem of uneven development between the interior regions still more prominent. Therefore, analyze temporal and spatial patterns of cultural industry development situation; explore factors of industry cluster between regions which have differences in cultural industry cluster degree and the law of all factors are significant to optimize and coordinate development of cultural industries of regions.In this paper, we carding related concepts and research progress at home and abroad, on the base of it, in the study area of Fujian province, discuss the advantages and current situation of cultural industry development; then analyze the spatial and temporal differences of cultural industry agglomeration between cities in Fujian province by measuring cultural industry location quotient from 2005 to 2013; finally, based on the cultural industry gathering spatiotemporal differences in Fujian province to build cultural industry cluster factors index system, using gray relational analysis method to research the factors of cultural industry cluster of every cities in Fujian province and analyze the law of all factors. Results of research indicate that:(1) Cultural industry development in Fujian province has geographical advantages, demand advantages, features advantages, basic conditions advantages, and the advantages of externalities; The current situations of development of cultural industry in Fujian province can be summarized as though industrial structure constantly optimized, industry concentration beginning to take shape, but the industry is still not high value, low contribution to economic development, and development imbalances between regions is still more prominent.(2) Fujian cultural industry is highly centralized in Xiamen and Fuzhou, among them, Xiamen is specially, and the degree of cultural industry cluster in other cities is relatively low; cultural industry development pattern showing in Xiamen and Fuzhou as the core of dual-core structure, and this pattern is constantly enlarged.(3) Cultural industry agglomeration being of many factors. In these factors, industrial structure, cultural needs of the residents, public services development level and number of higher education institutions are the most important factors of cultural industry cluster around the city in Fujian province; however, the high degree of cultural industry agglomeration area, the factors of influence for a more balanced industrial agglomeration, cultural industry agglomeration for lower dependence on single factors, the development of cultural industry has entered a more stable phase, less likely to change because of a few factors which have an impact on the cultural industry agglomeration, further prove the high level and relatively stable agglomeration of cultural industry is the result of joint action by a number of factors.(4) To the whole situation of Fujian province around the city, regional economic foundation do not form a good pull effect to the development of cultural industry, while the development of cultural industry associated with related industries development has not yet formed a good linkage effects, at the present stage, demand of products and services from local residents plays the most important role in cultural industry agglomeration of the cities of Fujian province. Moreover, regions which have high degree of cultural industry agglomeration have lower dependent on policy regime elements, as for the low level of cultural industry agglomeration areas, the policy system factors have a more important role in the development of cultural industry in the clustering; regardless of the high level of cultural industry agglomeration areas or the low degree of concentration regions, its cultural industry agglomeration by software conditions for a greater impact than the hardware conditions, cultural industry clustering has a stronger dependence on software conditions.
