National image transmission is an important work in countries of the world diplomacy. Countries are using a variety of means to establish their good image of the country, while the national image film has become a very important way to shape the national image. Large national image film publicity Chinese government mainly includes three parts, in 2009, by the Ministry of Commerce launched the "Made in China", China try to change the image of Chinese products for the people all over the world. In 2011, China launch of "China’s national image- People articles" and "China’s national image film- angle articles", strive to create a peaceful and development image for the people all over the world.This paper analyzes China’s national image videos, representative of "Made in China", "People articles" and " angle articles" from the perspective of the generalized rhetoric, the article mainly using the two bodies, three levels, four effects to analysis China’s national image advertisings.Two principal means to express and recipients. To create a good image of the country, we must make full use of the expression of the speaker’s rhetorical force and the rhetoric directed as recipients. We also create the authority through those national platforms of the expression people and circumvent the different political ideologies audience resentment by hiding the identity of the government, resulting in the most extensive and far-reaching impact on the initiative and the difference recipient. Country’s image promo will obtain optimal information transfer by two main rhetorical constructions.Three-levels include the rhetorical skill which is the level of discourse construction, rhetoric poetic which is textual construction level and philosophical rhetoric which is spiritual construction level. In the construction of the level of discourse, the national image videos select rhetorical skills including neutral words, concise style, as well as diverse rhetorical. In the text the construction level, the national image videos make full use of the country’s image promo video visual symbols and space-time dimensions narrative approach including the time-linear and time distortion expression, using the symbol of the relationship between segments and associate relations construct text mode. In the spirit of the construction level, it relies on traditional Chinese moral rhetoric, courageous pursuit of Chinese dream, to achieve the spirit of the nation in the construction of national image videos.Four effects are the rhetorical effect. They are authentic, vivid, magnificent and thought-provoking rhetorical effect in the country’s image. Due to a variety of rhetorical effect, The country’s image can promo dissemination of good Chinese national image effectively.In summary, this paper based on the theory of generalized rhetoric, analyze country’s image videos from the two subjects, three levels and four effects so that we can tap, mobilize, coordinate, integrate various resources to achieve the purpose of building a successful Chinese national image.
