As we all know, the establishment of societies in Overseas Chinese Education,not only laid a solid human, material and financial basis for the development of Chinese education, but also makes the Chinese Education to a new height, to achieve a qualitative leap. Based on the importance and particularity of Chinese education community, this article will take the Philippine Chinese Education Research Center as my object, relate to agency activities, role playing and other aspects to explore the drivers of Chinese education in the Philippines, to inspire the development path of Chinese education in Southeast Asia. As the leading institution of Philippine Chinese Education in folk, it dominates the comprehensive reform, to unite the Chinese community in promoting the second language teaching, reconstructing the teaching faculty, rewriting textbooks and so on, in order to reach a new situation. The Philippine Chinese Education Research Center, internally, conforming to the trend of localization, is closely linked to the Federation of Filipino-Chinese Chambers of Commerce and industry, Inc(FFCCCII) and the National Council of Associations of Chinese Language Schools(NCACLS). Externally, it actively carries out academic exchanges with China, and takes turns to host The Southeast Asian Chinese Teaching Seminars, learning from each other to enhance the level of Chinese teaching,expanding its influence, and to win more overseas resources for the development of Chinese education in Philippine.
