That should carry on the culture teaching in teaching Chinese as a foreign language has become an undeniable fact. As a service in teaching Chinese as a foreign language as a foreign language teaching materials should also be integrated into the corresponding cultural content. In recent years, research on teaching Chinese cultural content gradually increased, among them there are to elementary intensive reading book research of cultural content, but these studies mainly focused on the writing of the cultural content and characteristics of import, and did not say the lack of cultural content and writing.This article selects the Chinese course(Revision, one, two, three volumes), the Development Chinese(Elementary Chinese Context)and Boya Chinese(Primary, Startâ… â…¡)at the primary stage of three sets of Chinese as a foreign language, such as a representative of intensive reading teaching material as the research object. First, from the material culture, institutional culture,behavior culture, psychological culture and language of a total of five classes, the three sets of teaching materials to cultural factors and cultural themes are two forms of cultural content make statistics and analysis, the close degree that the three sets of textbooks cultural content from the statistical data integration and selection the focus, summed up the three sets of textbooks in the selection of the similarities and differences of cultural content, and pointed out that the three sets of teaching materials selection and adaptation of the lack of cultural content, and finally puts forward suggestions, selection of culture content should grasp the principle of integrity; to timely enrich the teaching material in cultural content, strengthen the pertinence; strengthen the times of the modest language; speech practice should be removed to clear the connotation of poetry;idiom; cultural theme adapted text should be faithful; the editors should establish clear cultural awareness.
