“Creativity” is becoming the first choice when a country starts to explore the new opportunity of development. Creativity brings new sources of economic growth. In the world, creative industry creates 22 billion US dollar value everyday with the speed of 5% increase. As the core content of cultural creative industry, media is experiencing a great profound change. With the rapid rise of new medium such as internet and mobile phone, the way in which that people use and the object that people contact daily are changing dramatically. Traditional medium are gradually separating from the high-speed development--- the “Golden Time” while it turns into the channel of decrease. H Media Group as the leading force of Hebei network media industry assesses the situation, readjusts the construction of the industry and marches into the area of new culture actively. It also puts more efforts on connecting the traditional industry to the cultural creative industry so as to meet the coming media revolution.How H Media Group devotes itself into the implementation of new media development strategy depending on its mature media resources?
