The Research Into The Present Situation Of Opening The Sports Dance Curriculum For Majors Of Higher Vocational Preschool Education

In recent years, with the gradual popularization of sports dance, Yichun Vocational and Technical College has also opened a sports dance curriculum for preschool education majors to meet the needs of the community. It adapts to the practice teaching of preschool education in higher vocational colleges to cultivate students’ comprehensive vocational skills, improve the employment rate, and promote the coordinated development of students’ skills. In this research, we investigate the current situation of sports dance curriculum in Yichun Vocational and Technical College, understand the present situation of the teaching of sports dance, and sum up the existing problems in the teaching of sports dance for preschool education majors in Yichun Vocational and Technical College. As to these problems, feasible optimization measures are put forward, to improve the teaching system of school sports dance, improve teaching effect, and play its value, which can provide reference for the training of high quality compound talents in higher vocational colleges.Using literature, expert interviews, questionnaire survey, logical analysis and mathematical statistics method, six sports dance teachers as well as 320 students from three grades of preschool education majors in Yichun Vocational and Technical College were investigated in this study. A total of 326 questionnaires were distributed,326 questionnaires were collected, and the recovery rate was 100%, including 308 valid questionnaires, which accounts for 94.5%. The findings of the survey are as follows:First, the construction of sports dance teachers in Yichun Vocational and Technical College is weak, whose structure is relatively reasonable, but professional level is low, shortage of teachers is serious and the amount of their teaching task is too large.Second, the sports dance curriculum for preschool education majors in Yichun Vocational Technical College is not reasonable, owing to too much content, short class time and no unified teaching materials.Third, the hardware is not perfect, the facilities are backward and there is no special sports dance teaching field for preschool education majors in Yichun Vocational Technical College.According to the above results, the following suggestions are put forward:firstly, the quality of sports dance teachers should be improved; secondly, the setting of sports dance course should be optimized; thirdly, the sports dance teaching of the site conditions and facilities should be improved; fourthly, a variety of teaching methods should be used; Fifthly, assessment methods should be reformed; sixthly, various forms of sports dance should be carried out; seventhly, the cooperation with outside school practice bases should be strengthened.
