Cultural vocabulary contains a profound cultural connotation, is an important part of language teaching, plays an important role in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. Grasp the cultural vocabulary requires not only understand the surface meaning, but also need to grasp the underlying profound cultural connotations. Therefore, in the cultural vocabulary teaching process except the attention to the language knowledge explanation, must pay great attention to the spread of Chinese culture.This article take the foreign Chinese culture vocabulary teaching as a breakthrough point, starting from the teaching material. To the Hanyu Jiaocheng and Climb as an example, the cultural glossary involves which to the teaching material in has carried on the detailed classification, and has carried on the diagnosis in this foundation, finally the results combined with the actual teaching situation, put forward the feasibility Suggestions of teaching. The article consists of four parts.The first part is the introduction, mainly introduced the paper selected topic background, purpose and significance, as well as the research contents and methods, and research on relevant literature is reviewed.The second part is the summary of cultural vocabulary and its statistical analysis in the intermediate materials.This part first simply discusses the definition and classification of cultural vocabulary, finally adopted "Yang Defeng" and "Chang Jingyu" scholars point of view. In this part of the article has counted the cultural vocabulary which appears in the teaching material, and combined with a detailed statistical analysis of the results.The third part is the middle-class students Vocabulary Acquisition phase questionnaire survey. Introduces the basic situation of the survey, including the purpose of the survey, the survey and questionnaire design.The third part is for intermediate students cultural vocabulary acquisition case investigation. Mainly introduces the basic situation of cast, including survey purposes, survey and questionnaire design.The fourth stage is the middle-class culture Vocabulary Teaching Problems and Solutions.
