In the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, adverbs are both the key and difficult points of the "teaching" and "learning" of the students. In the new HSK level 5 outline. "Finally" B-class words, is in the initial stage to the intermediate stage transition of students learning vocabulary, so in understanding have a certain degree of difficulty, learning inevitably lead to understanding some deviations and errors. In order to make the "finally" teaching can be more targeted and efficient solution to students’ doubts and difficulties, this paper takes Beijing Language and Culture University HSK dynamic composition library and Jinan University students written and spoken language corpus "finally" a total of 209 errors. On the basis of "finally" error analysis ", finally" the word errors are divided into misuse and wrong sequence, the structure is not complete, error plus four, for these four types of errors in the error analysis, the error cause find learners easily generated in the process of learning Chinese, found that learners in the process of learning Chinese, influence and effect of the teaching method vulnerable to native compilation of teaching materials and teachers and their communicative environment, leading to a variety of causes of errors.This paper from the aspects of "finally" is a word of semantics, pragmatics and grammar function of contrast between synonyms of ontology, and is mainly in order to help learners to understand "finally" and other meaning related synonyms are compared, reduce mixed errors. In the teaching design, it also design the corresponding words to practice, improve the ability of learners to understand and identify. From the perspective of Chinese and foreign contrast, mainly in their mother tongue for learners of English as an example to contrast study, place "finally" and the corresponding foreign language between the similarities and differences to help learning of exclusion of mother tongue interference and in teaching design, design corresponding words practice. According to the error analysis of the word "finally", the system analysis the problem of the foreign students in the word "finally". According to these problems, the causes of the errors are explained in a comprehensive way, and the corresponding solutions are put forward. Finally, the teaching design is proposed. Hope to help students better learning the word "finally".Due to my limited capacity, the corpus of the paper is insufficient, the theory knowledge is weak, and the failure to carry on more detailed analysis and research.
