There are many close equivalent expressions in Chinese,the differentiation of these synonyms is often an important and difficult point in exchange students to learn Chinese vocabulary.For exchange students to correctly express themselves in Chinese,they must have an accurate understanding of the learned vocabulary.Vocabulary is the foundation of expression.It is the material making of language.If exchange students are able to clearly differentiate these near synonyms,it will do a great deal to improve the accuracy and idiomatic of their expression of Chinese.This paper will principally studies the easily arising mistakes in exchange's students uses of the three "pa(?)" words.This paper is divided into three chapters.The first chapter refers to Peking University's Center for Chinese Linguistics text corpus,and the Modern Chinese corpus of the National Language Commission and the BCC corpus,the usage and difference of "kongpa(??)" "haipa(??)" "kepa(??)" are analyzed from the perspective of ontology,this part mainly analyzes the similarities and differences of these three words in syntax,semantics and pragmatics.Through comparative analysis,it is found that "haipa(??)" and "kepa(??)" have many similarities in syntactic function and collocation,as well as semantic features and pragmatics.Due to the change of part of speech of "kongpa(??)",it is quite different from other two words in syntactic function and pragmatics.The second chapter through statistics and analysis questionnaire and combined HSK dynamic composition corpus of Beijing Language and Culture University and Jinan University's Department's intermediate language corpus,primarily analyzing the types and the causes of the errors of these three words.The types of errors include five categories:erroneous addition,erroneous substitution,omission and incorrect word order and others.Causes for errors principally include influence of native language,inadequate knowledge of target language and avoidance strategies.The third chapter,in view of the errors of foreign students,this essay puts forward relevant teaching suggestions on synonym teaching and discrimination from the two aspects of teaching methods and textbook compilation,as well as for this article studies the "pa(?)" words teaching and the discrimination suggestion.The author hopes to provide some reference for the discrimination and teaching of these words,also hopes to improve the accuracy of international students in using these words.
