This thesis focused on the visual language of animation advertisement in the context of new media age. A detailed analysis was carried out from multiaspect with a case study. This article start from the challenges and opportunities of animation advertisement in present and thus to explore the advantages of it in transmission. Subsequently, the important role that visual language played in advertisement express was illustrated and followed with the research on the style and type of visual language application as well as some principles. In the end, a specific case study was presented to explain how the visual language works in design practice. A research on visual language of animation advertisement will further our understanding of the feature of that and hence to find it application in advertisement creation, to broaden our creation field and to enrich the expression ways. By this, this work is trying to explore the potential of animation advertisement and a prospect of visual language application in advertisement.
