Human Emotional Needs And Emotional Message Of Toy Design

Humans are the mean part of this society.If we want to have a harmonious society, we need to have a harmonious effect on our body and mind. However, in the processes of modernization, the speed of our life is getting fast; the expansion of technology is more advanced and the humanist rationality is getting downhill. All above those make human feel lost and those will influence people’s physical and psychological health. At the same time, those problems became a popular topic in today’s society. Now days, adults are straggling in their mental world. There is barren and monstrous, that makes it become to a social problem. There also has a chance to kill the energy of people’s spiritual development. More and more emotion problems cause more and more tragedies, all of those require adult’s emotional toy on the market. For this kind of toy will release the stresses and nerves during people play with it. Based on this point, the toy is not only designed for children, but also designed for adult.This thesis builds on the adult’s emotional needs. At the same time to analysis those needs and discover the relationship between toy design and adult’s emotional needs. This thesis based on the psychology theory, describes the adult’s psychology, emotional needs and also combines today’s problems with the future marketing. The value of this thesis is it describes the theories of adult’s emotional toy design.The differences from traditional children toy design studies is this thesis study from adult’s view to learn their emotional needs and behaviors. Form psychological theories, emotional theories and emotional design theories, this thesis come with analysis of human emotional needs and psychological needs, and based on those needs to create a rationale.Adult’s emotion toy design is the whole new world that requires lots of research and developments. Future emotional toy design will build on the science systems and try to become a rationale, and at the same time, the design will figure out the relationships in traditional culture and come with a specific result. That will change our position from producers to designers.
