Investigation On The Chinese Network Education In South Korea

There is a fad for the Chinese language in South Korea in rece ntly years. Although English is always the required course, nowis a tende ncy for Chinese to become a compulsory course too. With thespread of C hinese language in the world, more and more Koreans are coming to Chin a to study and work. As a student from Korean, I am awareof the importa nce of Chinese.Although Koreans are interested in learning Chinese, Chinese educat ion in Korea is still in the preliminary and exploratory stage, whose imple mentation has to be studied further.The purpose of this paper is to investigate current status of Chinese n etwork education in South Korea. This article is divided intofour parts. T he first is introduction, the main topics on the content and significance of research. The second part first gives analysis of the current situation of general network education in South Korean, by which a thorough inquiry and a questionnaire about the current utilization of the Chinese education on web have been made. The third part of this paper mainly deals with Ch inese conversation network education, and its main websites. Meanwhile, an assessment has been made about the efficiency of Chinese network ed ucation through the feedbackby South Korean students, which gives somesuggestions on Chinese learning websites in Korea. The fourth part is co nclusion.
