Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the cause of people’s education has developed over 70 years,which has formed many theories and made great achievements.While nine-year compulsory education is universal in countries with large populations,education for ethnic minorities,workers and peasants has also made considerable progress.Since the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,the Central Committee has placed the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,strengthening the country through talent and innovation-driven development in the core position of national development,and actively promoted the reform of the education system in line with the economic system.China’s higher education has been forging ahead and adjusting,and achieved a qualitative leap.The development goal of combining family education,social education and school education is the mainstream of future education.Only by recognizing the value of education scientifically and comprehensively,and insisting that education serves for the all-round progress of society and the all-round development of human beings,can the quality of education be effectively improved.From 1949 to 1966,there were many types of educational policies with complex subjects and changing trends of policies.Based on the subjective educational policy view,this study started from the four perspectives of the Party’s basic education policy,higher education policy,ethnic education policy and worker and peasant education policy,and took content policy,approach policy and management policy as the analysis standard respectively.Analyze the policy content and summarize the experience and enlightenment.This research firstly states the research background and significance in the introduction,and then clarifies the research purpose and research content.In the literature review,the educational policies introduced and implemented by different scholars in different historical periods of the Communist Party of China were studied and summarized.At the same time,the texts of the Party’s educational policies from1949 to 1966 were summarized and summarized in the policy literature review.This paper innovatively proposed to divide the policies of this particular historical period from four dimensions of worker and peasant education,ethnic education,basic education and higher education,and comprehensively and meticulously sorted out the policies.In the process of analyzing the policy content,this study takes the Marxist educational view as the general theory of research,and divides the four dimensions described above from the three directions of content,approach and policy respectively,so as to analyze each layer by point.Finally,this study believes that the educational policies of the Communist Party of China from 1949 to 1966 had the following achievements: improving the educational level of the functional masses,increasing the popularization rate of compulsory education for ethnic minorities,consolidating the national basic education work and changing the macroscopic direction of higher education.At the same time,it also brings enlightenment: cultural education and political education should be combined,the education of ethnic minorities should not be ignored,the balanced development of basic education needs to be carried out continuously and the party should insist on the overall leadership of higher education. |
