As we all know, China’s relationship with Korea becomes more and more closed in recent years. As a result, large amount of Koreans choose to learn Chinese as their second language. This trend is similar to the trend that our country put more emphasis on the enhancement of communication with other countries in the world. There is a consensus between language learners, that since the fundamental object of a certain language is to transferring information between both of the parts participated in a conversation by mouth to mouth communication, oral speaking is the top priority in language learning. The author made a research by teaching students in Korea and find that in Asia, Chinese learners tend to ignore the importance of the ability of speaking but pay more attention on the practice of reading and writing. This kind of ignorance of speaking ability is similar to English learners in China.Luckily In 2015, the author has enrolled in a team of volunteers of Chinese teaching and got a one year opportunity to teach Korean Chinese in Korea. By the one year teaching experience, take Chinaro, which is a great Chinese teaching institution in Korea as an example, Chinese teaching institutions in Korea tend to provide their students with high quality courses of writing and listening, in comparison, the selection of text books and the mode of teaching methods of speaking are usually with low quality. As a result, the author decided to make a deep analysis of oral speak teaching in Korea.This article takes the author’s experience of Chinese teaching in Korea as the main line of analyzing, the author tries to analyze the history, the teaching methods, the choose of textbooks, the mode of teaching as four parts of Chinese teaching in Korea by questionnaire survey, face to face communication and bibliographic retrieval, etc. Furthermore, the author tried to give some suggestions which could solve the problems mentioned in the prior part, and the author expect that readers of this article could get a deep understanding of the oral speaking part of Chinese teaching and find more effect ways to improve the quality of Chinese teaching.
