The protection of heritage of an intangible culture is a universal theme of research. However the inhabitants around the world have to take their responsibility on the issue. Recently, the heritage of intangible culture has been taken a big concern in the whole regions of the world and the related research projects have been increased.The Mongolian heritage of intangible culture has its own diversities, great usefulness and significance as well. But the current urgent need is that to increase efforts of exploitation and protection of it. In this research work, the issue of tourism exploitation and protection of Mongolian intangible heritage has being researched from the 2 standpoints. Also, the investigation on protection and exploitation of tourism and the application of intangible cultural heritage of Mongolia had carried out. The research work underscored an assumption of the protection of intangible cultural heritage and tourism development of the connotation. In order to establish foreign cooperation; the related domestic and abroad journals and materials were referred. The following cases were stated for the purpose of the urgent need to handle the tourism exploitation and protection of Mongolian intangible heritage:1. The History and preservation status of the intangible cultural heritage of Mongolia were studied.2. The situation and the problems of intangible cultural heritage of tourism of Mongolia were encountered and the following facts were discovered; Mongolia has various forms and ranges of intangible cultural heritage and is created with unique cultural connotation of the characteristics of the spatial distribution of presents which is dense in the West and sparse in the East. Holiday activities are prevailed in the tourism development of the intangible cultural heritage. However, the situation of tourism development is not affirmative and about the launch of the holiday tour products are dull.3. Inductive research was carried out on the problems of the tourism exploitation and protection of Mongolian intangible heritage and discovered the following issues; the issue of the tourism exploitation and protection of Mongolian intangible heritage is not highly noticed and the participation of locals is lacking and the capital investment is insufficient. Also the advertisement is weak and lack of development efforts are still prevailing and so on.4. Attempted to increase the Mongolian intangible cultural heritage resources in tourism development strategies:studied the experiences of other countries in order to establish domestic model; ensure the authenticity of the intangible cultural heritage; maximum use of various forms of protection platform; strengthen the guidance of the government; made emphasis on human resources culture; improve the inheritance mechanism.The related article on tourism exploitation and protection of Mongolian were analyzed. Previously, the most projects about the intangible cultural heritage in Mongolia were about the protection of conduct but rarely focus on development or exploitation issues. But this research theme is to unite the 2 issues under one research subject. Prior to the research there were just very few choices and standpoints of research works and on the basis of the intangible cultural heritage resources in Mongolia a proposal is made out to advance a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the preventive strategies. The research work on the tourism exploitation and protection of Mongolian intangible heritage is conducted a more systematic study on the issues of protection, preservation and exploitation as well as application of Mongolian intangible cultural heritage with the very important and worthy references.
