This study attempts to investigate the relationship among the psychological abuse and neglect, emotional intelligence and friendship quality. In this study, we measure 515 high school students with Child Psychological Abuse and Neglect Scale, Emotional Intelligence Scale and Friendship Quality Questionnaire. The results are as follows:1. Boys suffered more psychological abuse and neglect than girls; Female friendship quality was significantly higher than boys. Students with a high level of parental relationship are subject to the psychological abuse and neglect of the students who are significantly less than the low level of parental relationships; Students’ emotional intelligence and friendship quality with a higher level of parental relationship are significantly higher than that of the lower level of student’s. Low-achieving students than high-achieving students more vulnerable to psychological abuse and neglect, and low-achieving students emotional intelligence is significantly lower than the high achievement of students.2. Psychological abuse and neglect and emotional intelligence, friendship quality is a significant negative correlation; there is a significant positive correlation between emotional intelligence and friendship quality.3. Regard friendship quality as the dependent variable, and make stepwise regression analysis, the regression equation: ?=2.029-0.049*xlnd+0.228*q3+0.125*q1+0.105*q2. Psychological abuse and neglect, emotional intelligence and emotional control, emotional use, social competence was three dimensions of friendship quality predictive effect.4. The three dimensions of Emotional intelligence and emotional control, emotional use, social competence have partly mediating effect between psychological abuse and neglect and friendship quality.
