The samples of the study included the 29 junior students of school year 2015 who studied Chinese writing Ⅱ (an elective subject) leveled HSK 4th and 5th. The results were reported as percentage of errors to total points on the test. Our error analysis table defined 4 types of error to be located which were Chinese alphabetical writing, vocabulary in use and sentence structure, grammar, and punctuation using. The study found the significant grammatical errors most among all types. The vocabulary in use and sentence structure, punctuation using, and Chinese alphabetical writing errors had less occurrence respectively. This may result from the influence of their mother language as well as lacking of Chinese writing skills. The possible solution could have been done by emphasizing the perceive of distinguishing between Thai and Chinese language and regularly practicing Chinese writing skills.
