As the development of China, and deepening exchanges and cooperation between the international community and China, as the world’s most widely used language, Chinese cause concern and attention of the international community, overseas learning Chinese craze continues to grow, however, Chinese language teachers has become one of the bottlenecks in the development of international education of Chinese language. This paper will analysis the training program of volunteer teachers of Chinese language, research the strengths and weaknesses of the project, propose solutions to these problems and suggestions to improve team building of Chinese language teachers.The introduction part of the paper describes the significance of this research, introduces the content of the study, and reviews and summarizes the research of Chinese language teachers in recent years. Body of the paper records and describes the whole process of training programs, introduces the basis of this study, including theoretical and practical foundation of the study of this training program, and then combined with theoretical and practical basis, the paper analysis the advantages and the problems of the project. The last part of the paper put forward proposals to improve the training programs.There is a comprehensive analysis of the training program of volunteer teachers of Chinese language in this paper, including the preparation, implementation and evaluation stage. This paper strives to put forward feasible and useful suggestions to improve the training program of volunteer teachers of Chinese language, and to make the training of volunteer teachers of Chinese language take a more standardized, more scientific way. |
