Zhou Sicong is the first painter I admire. Her paintings were concerned about the civilian population and grassroots, caring about the socially vulnerable class. She referred to herself as "a faltering beginner" and pioneer "who would like the painting to be shot than look back" in her creation. This kind of courage of revolution always affected me. Zhou Sicong and Arikha’s paintings had a perfect performance for both of Chinese bone painting and Western paintings.
