Study On The Powers Relationship Between The Two Yamen Of Dashengwula And The Jilin General In Qing Dynasty

After entering in the Central Plains in 1644, the Qing Government had set up Dashengwula General Yamen and Wulaxieling Yamen of Wula in the area of Wula,Jilin.Serving as royal tribute agency, the two Yamens is responsible for collecting tribute for the Qing Royal family all the year round. At the beginning of their establishment, the two Yamens were under direct control of Imperial Household Department, they were tribute institutions which were independent from local military and administrative offices.In the subsequent 200 years of the development process, due to the fact that they were set up in the territory of Jilin Province, Dashengwula General and Jilin General belonged to different authorities, as the Wula region,religious growth,and Dashengwula more marketable Wula main expanding scope of government intervention and regulation of the related affairs.
