A Report On The C-E Translation Of The Excerpts Of Neixiang County Yamen And Yamen Culture From The Perspective Of Eco-translatology

Yamen culture is an important part of traditional Chinese culture,it has a profound influence on the research and transmission of traditional Chinese culture.With the rapid development of the global economy and culture,cultural soft power is becoming an essential part of national comprehensive strength.There are types of researches on traditional Chinese culture,but few studies on Yamen and Yamen culture.The studies on the translation of Yamen culture are even fewer.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a deep study on the translation of Yamen culture.This paper focuses on the analysis of the author's C-E translation of the excerpts of Neixiang County Yamen and Yamen Culture from the perspective of three-dimensional transformation which based on the eco-translatology.Firstly,this paper discusses the pre-translation preparation,translation process and after-translation work.Then the author introduces the eco-translatology theory proposed by Hu Gengshen and particularly explains several key concepts in the theory.They are "three-dimensional"transformation,the adaptation and selection theory,and the sequence chain.The author also mentions the applications of eco-translatology in the translation of Yamen culture and traditional Chinese culture in this part.Secondly,the author gradually discusses the language features and cultural connotations of the source text through the "three-dimensional" transformation analysis of translation examples in the central part of the thesis.The author also talks about the enlightenments and some traditional Chinese ideologies in the Yamen culture.This paper can provide a new theoretical perspective for further studies on Yamen culture.The author also wants to make contributions to the publicity of native culture for her hometown through the translation of the excerpts of Neixiang County Yamen and Yamen Culture.
