With the rise of positive psychology, researches from the perspective of psychological capital is gradually increasing in the late 20th century, and now Luthans’s PCI theoretical intervention model has been widely recognized by in the field of foreign psychology and management science. Although domestic researchers have used PCI model to make sufficient empirical researches in the enterprises from the perspective of organizational behavior and many psychological capital interventions among college students, while what kind of group counseling intervention pattern to take as to raise college students’ level of psychological capital has been a hard nut for many full-time psychology teachers in college. In this study, the two experimental groups and the control group were measured before intervention, after intervention and one month after intervention, two months after intervention.27 students were randomly divided into three groups of nine. The author adopted a form of focused intervention in the first experimental group, four interventions through different dimensions in the other experimental group and intervention of other topics in the control group.Three groups were to be collected the data before and after the intervention and a month after the intervention.Besides, the latter experimental group was collected data two months after the intervention. The results of data analysis are as follows:(1) Analyzed with co variance data and pretest as the covariate, the post-test scores of the three groups were marginally significant in overall level of psychological capital (p=0.057), and were significantly different in self-efficacy dimension (p=0.032) and positive dimension (p=0.035). (2) Post comparison from two dimensions namely, the overall level of psychological capital, self-efficacy and optimism shows that there is no significant difference between the two experimental groups, or between the first experimental group and the control group in the total average level of psychological capital. But there is a significant difference (p=0.046) between the second experimental group and the control group in this aspect. Besides, there is a significant difference between the two groups in self-efficacy dimension (p=0.031) and positive dimension (p=0.044). (3) As for the scores of two tracking tests of the second experimental group, there was no significant difference between the post-test and the first tracking test in the overall psychological capital level and four dimensions (0.211,0.403,0.834,0.842,0.256). Also, there was no significant difference between the second experimental group’s post-test and the second tracking test in the overall level of psychological capital and four dimensions (0.169,0.107,0.094,0.104,0.053). The comparison between the first and second tracking test of the second experimental group shows no significant difference (0.120,0.100,0.214,0.416,0.068) between the first tracking and the second tracking scores in the overall psychological capital level and four dimensions, which proves that the psychological capital of members in the second experimental group did not change much after one mouth and two mouths, while the dimensions of psychological capital and the overall level is declining in value over time. Thus the conclusions are:(1)This first scheme designed to focus on the psychological intervention cannot raise subjects’ psychological capital level. (2) The four interventions through different dimensions in psychological capital can raise the subjects’ psychological capital level. (3)The enhancing effect of four interventions through different dimensions in psychological capital is sustainable. Finally, from the perspective of research methods and case design, the author reflected the shortcomings of this study, presented the future vision of further research.
