Research On The Supply System Of Public Cultural Service Based On The Characteristic Culture Protection

In the background of cultural development and prosperity,the government has adopted a series of clear policy and made a full deployment for the construction of modern public cultural service system in 2015. At the same time, the local characteristic culture as an important part of traditional culture,the protection and inheritance of problems need to be solved urgently. The idea that includes local characteristic culture protection into the modern public cultural service system, it indeed kills two birds with one stone.Based on combing the public cultural services development process and deepening the understanding of the function,the paper more fully excavated functions’ connotation,it argued that the public cultural services was not only to safeguard the cultural rights of citizens but also focus on the protection and inheritance of local characteristics culture, and create platform for the development of local cultural industry,thus it formed a logical starting point of this article. Through questionnaires and interviews,it analyzed the problem and the reasons for the current public cultural service supply. On the basis of Weinan experience,it divided the local characteristics culture into material culture and non-material culture,and combined the protection of local characteristics cultural with the supply of public cultural services. It tried to put forward six kinds of local characteristics culture modes to embed public cultural service system in order to achieve joint development.Combining public cultural services with the protection of local characteristics culture, it is undoubtedly useful for the protection and inheritance of local characteristic culture and improvement of modern public cultural service system,andhas great significance both in theory and practice.
