The Study On The Cooperation Strategy Between Cultural Industry And Financial In Chongqing

The cooperation between Cultural industry and Financial is a notable feature as well as an important achievement for the cultural industry of China, which has become a crucial driving force for the rapid development of our cultural industry. It is the demand of the third plenary session of the 18 th central committee of CPC, to encourage the combination of financial capital, social capital and cultural capital, to establish a modern system of cultural market and to further deepen the reform of cultural system, and this has pointed out a clear direction for cultural and financial cooperation.On the basis of studying the development status of cultural industry in Chongqing, the Cultural and financial cooperation and problems existed in it, this thesis sorted both foreign and domestic typical examples out, and then, it did a research project on the path of cultural and financial cooperation in Chongqing’s reality.Firstly, the thesis analyses the development status of the cultural industry in Chongqing, the cooperation between Chongqing cultural industry and local financial sector, and the constraints on the development of Chongqing cultural industry. Moreover, the article studies on the foreign theories about how cultural industry cooperates with financial sector, proves that the cultural industry can financially benefit from the cooperation, and further illustrates the urgency of this kind of cooperation.Secondly, the article extensively collects the policies, reports and projects about the cooperation between cultural industry and financial sector in Chongqing, as well as statistical yearbooks, information on government websites, news from mainstream media, leader speech about the cooperation, so as to understand the status-quo of the cooperation and the barriers that are in the way of the development of the cooperation.Finally, based on foreign and domestic experience, this thesis can develop Chongqing’s specific methods of cooperation between cultural industry and financial sector in aspect of strengthening principal participant of cooperation, establishing functional cooperative agency structure, exploring different ways of collaboration and fixing solid cooperation base.
