With the continuous development of China’s political economy and culture, to enhance the international status, "Chinese fever" around the world in the ascendant. At the national culture "going out" strategy for the next call, the Confucius Institute to promote Chinese culture to the world to take up the task. From the Osh State University Confucius Institute student management as a starting point, a student of the Confucius Institute for the study, by the Confucius Institute students study management, further improve the management of student work for overseas Confucius Institute offers a variety of elaborate Student Management experience, while promoting mutual communication between China and the Kyrgyz culture.Confucius Institute at the National University of Osh in Kyrgyzstan as the third Confucius Institute officially running on January 24, 2013, the Confucius Institute is the world’s only have a bachelor’s degree authorization qualifications of the Confucius Institute. But unfortunately since this is an established near colleges, research is very scarce. I, as a volunteer Chinese language teachers in the Faculty actively participate in the management of college students through their teaching and management practices in the first line, trying to study for college students to contribute from the perspective of management. Confucius Institute Chinese language teaching were aspects of student management, student management and cultural practices, the Chinese and foreign management, etc. This paper will analyze the Osh State University study, research results at home and abroad, at the same time combined with Kyrgyzstan localization features, through questionnaires, observations and interviews and other forms of in-depth study.Thesis consists of five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, stating the origin of the investigation, purpose and significance, as well as an overview of research questions. The second chapter is to describe the design and implementation of the overall investigation, to present and explain the specific research methods, survey, data collection step. The third chapter is the core part of the thesis is mainly a result of the data analysis and description of data analysis including basic student information, student management satisfaction(including Chinese and foreign management teaching life management) the effectiveness of student management( including Chinese and foreign management teaching life management) three aspects. The fourth chapter of conclusions from the third chapter of the analysis and discussion of data derived inspiration and how Chinese and foreign management methods effective combination, to further improve the management system of students of the Confucius Institute, National University of Osh Students of Confucius Institute for international development put forward constructive suggestions. The fifth chapter is the conclusion, from the analysis and discussion of the results of Chapter IV Revelation and the factors affecting the Osh State University Confucius Institute Student Administration proposed countermeasures.
