With the rapid development of China,people's enthusiasms of learning Chinese runs high.The Confucius Institute has embarked on an extraordinary course of development,been blessed with great care from all countries and people throughout the world.The teachers,which played an important role in the Confucius Institute,will decide the quality and level directly.In order to realize the sustainable development of Confucius Institute,Chinese teaching and culture promotion must come first,while we also need pay attention to the teaching staff building,which are the most active factor of Confucius Institute.We have found that most Chinese teachers,abide by work arrangement in a passive position with less creativity.And the staff turnover rate is pretty high.In a word,we can't ignore the problem in the teaching staff building of Confucius Institute,and we need to solve it.From the perspective of Human Resource Management,through the survey of part Confucius Institutes,we found there are imperfections in the current teaching staff building.We'll take the Confucius Institute at Sapienza University of Rome as an example,analyze its mechanism of selection and appointment,talent training system,assessment and evaluation and incentive plan,we need to find what the problem is and then offer some proposals,which aim to make a reference for the teaching staff building of Confucius Institute.There are five chapters in this thesis.The first chapter is to introduce the research background,contents,significance and some theory basis of human resource management.In the second chapter,above all these Confucius Institutes,we'll take the teaching staff building of Confucius Institute at Sapienza University of Rome as an object in this study,and we do a survey about Chinese teachers ' team of Sapienza to make basis for the next analysis.For the third chapter,we'll introduce the teaching staff building of Confucius Institute at Sapienza University of Rome from the point of HRM,including mechanism of selection and appointment,talent training system,assessment and evaluation and incentive plan.And the Forth chapter is to analyze these problems and offer some proposals.Last chapter,we will do a summary about this paper.
