Study On The Problem Of Activating Residents To Participate In Community Governance In X Community Of Wuhu City

With the introduction and call of national governance modernization policy,all regions have responded and put forward the construction goal of community governance modernization.The whole development can not be separated from the promotion of part,and the modernization of national governance can not be separated from the modernization of community governance.It can be seen that the modernization of the community plays an important role in the modernization of national governance.The modern development of community governance is reflected in the community residents,which is the modernization of people,that is,the modernization of residents.One of the characteristics of modern residents is their high sense of participation.The enhancement of residents' awareness of participation and the promotion of participation make them actively participate in the development of community affairs,and promote them to join in the development and construction of community together with community workers.So as to provide strong and solid support for community development,boost the development of community undertakings,and promote the modernization of community governance.In order to further enhance residents' awareness of participation,enhance residents' willingness to participate in community governance,promote the modernization of community residents,and then promote the modernization of community governance.At present,community practice has explored a variety of ways and methods to mobilize and activate residents' enthusiasm to participate in community governance.However,in the process of community activating residents' participation,there are many problems,such as the limited scope of community activating residents,the lack of leaders' promotion in community activating work,the imperfect system of community activating residents' participation and the unsustainability of community activating.Therefore,starting from the existing problems,combined with the actual situation to find out the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the community to activate the residents to participate in community governance,so as to activate the residents' willingness to participate,so that the residents really and effectively participate in the development and construction of the community.Based on this,this paper studies the problem of activating residents to participate in community governance in Wuhu City,discusses the practical exploration and existing problems of activating residents to participate in community governance in X community,and points out the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the community activating residents to participate in community governance in combination with the actual situation of X community.So as to further promote the community to activate residents' participation in work,provide experience and method guidance for other communities to activate residents' participation in work,commit to activate residents' enthusiasm in community governance,and promote the modern development of the community.In this paper,Wuhu City X community as the research object,mainly using in-depth interviews,case studies,participatory research methods.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background and significance,literature review at home and abroad,research content and methods,as well as possible innovation points and shortcomings;the second part describes the basic concept and theoretical basis of the article;the third part is the core part of the paper,which details the practice and exploration of X community activating residents to participate in community governance,And discusses the effect of its practical exploration;the fourth part of the X community to activate residents to participate in community governance problems are described,and the reasons for the problems are analyzed;the fifth part of the X community residents to participate in the actual participation,further put forward,improve the X community to activate residents to participate in community governance countermeasures.So as to boost the current community to activate residents' participation in community governance,improve the effectiveness of community to activate residents' participation,activate residents' willingness to participate in community governance,further enhance residents' awareness of participation,improve residents' enthusiasm to participate in community governance,and promote the continuous development of community governance modernization.
