| In recent years, in order to balance urban and rural development, improve the situation of lack of talent in the new socialist countryside construction and effectively improve the overall quality of rural grass-roots cadres, the state has adopted a policy that hiring college students work in rural areas as College Students "village official". Beijing is no exception. In 2006, on the basis of experimental results obtained, the Beijing municipal government issued "the opinion on guiding and encouraging college graduates to work in rural areas ", then launched a comprehensive recruitment plan of College Students "village official". By 2008, Beijing 3978 administrative villages have been basically "have College Students "village official". In 2009, the first batch of Beijing College Students "village official" finished their three-year work, the future development has attracted wide attention. March 2010, with two sessions convening, the status and job prospects of College Students "village official" become a hot issue again. This shows that it needs and deserves to research.With the development of College Students "village official" policy, the theme of village officials increasingly widespread attention in the academic community and has achieved initial results. However, based on the current studies, is almost limited in the policy, focusing on the national, rural, college or point to evaluate of the farmers, while the paper taking the satisfaction and value orientation of College Students "village official" as a study object are not enough. Based on the current research status, this article tries to focus on the job satisfaction of the group, use simple random sampling method, and select Changping District as Research sites. Finally this research collects 71 completed and reliable questionnaire and 20 interviews information, also through the college Students "village official" network forum, blog and so on to collect documents, in order to describe the status of the work and job satisfaction, explore the dimensions of job satisfaction, and try to use Role Theory and Hierarchy of Needs to analyze the impact of required college student satisfaction and talk about some suggestions accordingly.Study found that job satisfaction of College Students "village official" including three dimensions:satisfaction with self-realization, satisfaction with interpersonal relationship and satisfaction with the work characters. if do not take the weights of this three dimensions indexes in total job satisfaction into account, this article roughly put the mean as satisfaction scores and found College Students "village official" 's overall job satisfaction at the middle level; comparing the scores of this three dimensions of job satisfaction, satisfaction with self-realization is the lowest, satisfaction with interpersonal relationship gets the highest mean score, close to the "relatively satisfied", work satisfaction in both the middle feature.Also found that the impact factors of their satisfaction both objective social environmental factors such as roles fuzzy, uncertain prospects for career development, and subjective factors that the role of University Student ill-prepared, self-realization not meets and so on. Faced with this situation, I believe that the Government should clear the social role, improve their social status and strengthen.fair, resolve the their career development, improvement and innovation College Students "village official" system to create good working atmosphere. Also College Students "village official" should change their mentality about employment, efforts to complete the role of the conversion, to contribute their efforts in rural areas. |
