Construction Of A Service-oriented Government Under Marx’s Political Philosophy

To build a service-oriented government is the goal pattern of the administrative system reform. As a kind of idea and political practice, the ultimate aim of Marx’s political philosophy is to promote people’s free all-round development. At present, our country’s service oriented government construction encountered many challenges. The reason is that the construction of a service-oriented government lacks of a solid theoretical basis. Our existing theory research and practice of the service-oriented government are wildly from the Angle of administrative or technical level, and relatively neglected from the Angle of Marx’s political philosophy or from the level of value to illustrate the construction of a service-oriented government. To study the construction of a service-oriented government in our country has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper puts forward three kinds of research methods, documentary study, conceptanalysis, difference analysis and induction, comparative study and theory with practice method. There are five chapters in this paper. Overall logic is, firstly to introduce the background and significance of topics, research status at home and abroad and the main content of research, methods and innovation, secondly to systematically comb the service-oriented government and the basic theory of Marx’s political philosophy, then to find out the inner link through the comparison and analysis, finally it is concluded that Marx’s political philosophy guides the logic framework of service-oriented government.Specifically, the first chapter is introduction. The second chapter is a summary of a service-oriented government. Through defining the connotation and basic characteristics of a service-oriented government, it analyses and explains the current problems existing in the construction of service-oriented government in our country and the significance of constructing a service-oriented government. The third chapter mainly elaborates the theoretical basis of Marx’s political philosophy, including the spiritual essence of Marx’s political philosophy and the basic concept of Marx’s political philosophy, namely Marx’s concept of democracy, view on rights, and civil society. The fourth chapter mainly analysis the internal relation of the service-oriented government and Marx’s political philosophy, mainly including contact about democracy, rights and civil society, and puts forward the basic requirement of building a service-oriented government under the Marx’s political philosophy. The fifth chapter mainly discusses the logic framework of using Marx’s political philosophy to guide of service-oriented government, namely the logical starting point of a service-oriented government building is a citizen standard, value purport is the right standard, and motivation mechanism is the spirit of citizenship.
