County Government Administrative Heads Of Environmental Performance Evaluation System And Its Application

With the strategy of ecological civilization status upgrade, how to improve thegrass-roots level government environmental protection and scientific measure of itsenvironmental performance is has become a focus of environmental scholars. On this basis,respectively by S, J, N3City Hall County as case study object, makes an empiricalstudy on performance evaluation of county government executive environment.Through empirical study, it is pointed out that the current environmentalprotection evaluation standards and requirements and optimize space, such as theimplementation of the new standard of environmental air quality; evaluation subjecthas not yet been achieved diversification, such as not to standardize the acquisitionenvironment satisfaction index; evaluation result has not really improve theenvironmental protection management level, did not affect the use of leading cadres a series of practical problems.
