Research Of Food Safety Supervision In The Internet Trading

In recent years, Internet business develop rapidly. Because of the new forms and lack ofsupervision, it takes many problems, which is attracted experts and scholars attention. At the sametime, more people worry about the frequent reports concerning food safety.Many scholarsconcentrate their efforts on Internet business and food safety,while less on the topic of how to keepfood trade safety in Internet business. In our country, Asymmetric information, poor governmentintervention system and no effective industry associations are the main problems in foodsupervision.Virtual, rapid, massive are the main characteristics of internet trading. As an official ofadministration of food safety,I put forward some ideas through study and research.I hope my ideasabout food safety supervision in the trade of the Internet will make some reference for governmentdecision.In the following articles, firstly,I introduce the basic practices of food safety supervision incirculation part,since the new food safety law was taken effect, such as improving the supervisionteam knowledge level, increasing supervision method,strengthen departmental communication,and guide the whole society to supervise and so on.Comparison of food trade online and offline,shows that online food trading exists obtaining less business information, the weak level of foodquality and safety, regulatory difficult, high cost of rights and other characteristics.Secondly,Ianalyze the reasons for these problems, mainly in the Internet qualification, Internet food businessaccess, logistics and distribution of food quality and safety and food safety quality tracking.Thirdly,I list the experiences and practices of international social security supervision of foodsafety,such as better law system, sound traceability and recall system, higher illegal cost, and theassociations playing an important role in the food safety governance.At last,after referring to theexperience of the international security supervision of food safety, I put out my opinions,such asestablishing a good food trading business qualification and food access, and vigorously promotingthe logistics circulation supervision, establishing different rights, investigation with afterwards riskcontrol mechanism.
