The Internet take-away food industry is becoming increasingly hot,and the regulation of food safety has also been extended from offline to online.The supervision mode of the traditional catering industry has been unable to adapt to the regulation of Internet take-away food,and the legal relationship is becoming more and more complex.This paper aims to present the safety supervision of Internet take-away food.The lack of,explore the reasons for the lack of supervision,try to use the risk prevention theory,collaborative governance theory and wisdom supervision theory to examine the status quo of supervision,the existing problems of Internet take-away food safety supervision mainly lies in the loopholes in the Internet food safety chain of custody,Internet take-out The food safety information is extremely asymmetrical,and the cross-regional and inter-departmental cooperation supervision channels are not smooth,and more sports supervision is adopted,and the means tend to be simplistic.After analysis,it can be found that the cause of the problem lies in the fact that the regulation of Internet take-away food is difficult to break away from the inertia of sports regulation,the tension between the rapid development of the industry and the lag of the law,the lack of ability of the Internet to take over food supervision,and the supervision of Internet take-away food safety.Insufficient information sharing and disclosure,as well as poor social supervision and administrative supervision of Internet take-away food safety.Finally,this paper proposes countermeasures that can cope with the problem of Internet food safety supervision,including improving the legislative system,timely supplementing the missing link legislation,forming the main mechanism of government,industry associations,and public collaborative supervision,optimizing the resources of the supervisory body,and strengthening the supervision force.Further disclose food safety information,achieve information sharing,and establish a normalized regulatory mechanism,emphasizing risk identification and prevention and control.
